2 smugglers arrested with 11 lakh ganja

Ganja smugglers are being told from Anuppur district of MP.

In fact, the Marwahi police have arrested two members of an inter-state gang while smuggling 110 kg of illegal marijuana. Superintendent of Police Yogesh Patel had received information from the informer. Hemp is being transported illegally in a Tata Tiago car UP 74 U 0601 from Bilaspur. The car is going towards Kotma via Bilaspur.

Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Yogesh Patel, station in-charge Gorela, Pendra, Marwahi and Cyber ​​Cell were immediately sent for action by forming a team. The team of police station Gaurela Pendra and Marwahi started checking the vehicles by blockade in their respective areas.

Vehicles were being checked at Peepardol by the team of Police Station Marwahi, when at the same time the said car coming from Kotmi was stopped and checked, in whose trunk and middle seat a total of 110 kg of intoxicant ganja was recovered.

Following the action to be taken under the Narcotics Act, Tata car was seized and action was taken against the accused Rajesh Kumar Panika father Sohanlal age 26 years resident of Bhalumada ward no. done. The accused were arrested by taking action under crime number 101/23 section 20B NDPS Act in police station Marwahi.
