Satyapal Rajput, Raipur. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has given instructions to speed up the recruitment process on a large scale. Since then, examinations are being conducted at a rapid pace. Vyapam has 40 exams in its calendar for the month of June, which includes exams conducted for various departmental posts as well as entrance exams.
To avoid financial burden on the youth, Chief Minister Baghel has abolished the application fee for the entrance examinations of Vyapam. It has had a pleasant effect. In comparison to the previous entrance examinations, there has been a significant increase in the number of candidates appearing for all the entrance examinations. This number has doubled in entrance exams like B.Ed and Nursing.
Vyapam also increased the number of examination centers. Due to this also the number of youth increased. Earlier, many examinations of Vyapam were held only in divisional headquarters. For example, entrance exams like Labor Inspector used to be held at divisional headquarters, but this time this entrance exam was conducted in 30 districts. Due to this, a large number of youth filled the application and got the entrance examination done from their district headquarters.
Providing all the information in the application every time in different types of entrance exams is also a laborious process. This not only cost the youth time, but for Vyapam it was also a difficult task to manage. To overcome this problem, Vyapam brought a plan to prepare profiles.
The youth have to fill the details required by Vyapam in this profile and there is no need to upload the same information every time. If there is any error in the profile, application can also be given for its correction. Vyapam has prepared profiles for recruitment exams and for entrance exams and the number of such profiles is around 12 lakhs. So far 18 lakh people have given Vyapam exam through this profile.
Let us tell you that unemployment allowance is also being provided to the youth by the government. 2500 rupees are being given to the youth every month for unemployment allowance, which is being transferred directly to their account. For the youth preparing for the recruitment examinations of Vyapam and PSC, this amount is proving to be very useful in improving their preparation.
