57 students of ‘Prayas’ qualified in JEE Advanced, 28 selected in IITs and 29 in NITs possible…

JEE Advanced 2023 exam results have been declared. Operated under Tribal and Scheduled Castes Development Department in the state Prayas Residential School The children have performed excellently.

Raipur. In the results declared by IIT Guwahati for JEE Advanced 2023, out of 141 students of Prayas Residential School who appeared in JEE Advanced this year, 57 have qualified. Out of this, 28 students are likely to be selected in IIT and 29 in NIT. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam congratulated the students on this achievement and wished them a bright future.

The result of Prayas Boys Residential School Raipur has been the best among the successful students. From here, out of 31 students appeared in JEE Advanced exam, 15 have qualified advanced. Out of these, 10 are likely to be selected in IIT and 06 in NIT. 07 out of 19 children appeared in the examination of Prayas Kanya Residential School Raipur have qualified JEE Advanced. Out of these 04 are likely to be selected in IIT and 02 in NIT.

02 out of 07 children appeared in the examination of Prayas Ambikapur have qualified JEE Advanced. Out of 24 students appeared in the examination of Prayas Durg, 02 students have qualified JEE Advanced and 05 are likely to be selected in NIT. Out of 14 students appeared in Prayas Kanker’s exam, 02 students qualified JEE Advanced and 04 are likely to be selected in NIT. 02 out of 13 students appeared in Prayas Jashpur’s exam qualified JEE Advanced and 04 are likely to be selected in NIT.

Similarly, out of 08 students appearing in the examination of Prayas Korba, 02 are likely to be selected in NIT. Out of 12 students appeared in the exam of Prayas Bilaspur, 01 is likely to be selected in NIT. Out of 13 students appeared in Prayas Jagdalpur’s exam, 02 qualified JEE Advanced and 05 are likely to be selected in NIT.

Apart from this, 04 dropper students of the previous year of Prayas, in which 03 students from Raipur and 01 student from Ambikapur have qualified for IIT. Similarly, 04 students are likely to be selected in IITs from the departmental Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Utthan Yojana (PET/PMT Coaching). Thus this year a total of 36 students are likely to get selected in IITs which is a big achievement. On this achievement of the students, Department’s Secretary Mr. D.D. Singh and Commissioner Shammi Abidi have also congratulated them and wished them a bright future.
