Four innocent people lost their lives due to drowning in water in Seoni district of the state. In Umaria district, the car fell under the bridge due to a collision with a truck. In this accident, the husband and wife died during treatment. At the same time, the child has been sent to Jabalpur Medical College after primary treatment.

A major accident took place on Sunday in Dhobi Sarra village under Kurai police station of Seoni. Where four children who went to bathe in a rain-filled tub drowned. The names of the deceased children are Rishabh Vishwakarma (age 5), Aarav Tumrav (age five and a half years), Hrithik Chakraborty (10), Ayush Vishwakarma (8).

The truck rammed into a car over the Johila river bridge on National Highway 43 in Umaria district. Breaking the railing, the car fell under the bridge. Shahdol resident Kartikeya Aggarwal, his wife Trupti Aggarwal and 8-year-old child were seriously injured in the incident. As soon as the news of the accident was received, Umaria Superintendent of Police Pramod Sinha reached the spot.
