Why did Abhishek take a break?
In an interview to Times of India, Abhishek said, ‘I was very satisfied. I was getting good work, good money too, all the films were becoming superhit. But I knew that I am not pushing myself.
He further said, ‘You cannot take any film lightly. Because people are investing their hard earned money on you. You have to give up sleepless nights. Somewhere this is the price you pay for your gift as an actor. When its meaning ends and comes easily to you, then it means you have started going down and I was also in the same situation.
‘Therefore, I said, let me stop. All the films that I had signed at that time did not start. I returned his signing amount. I told him that I needed to think twice about things. I took off I came back and started selecting the kind of work that would give me sleepless nights.
Abhishek Bachchan’s Projects
Talking about the actor’s workfront, he was last seen in the film Dasvin (2022). Apart from this, he was seen in the second season of the web series Breathe. Both were released on OTT. This year he did a cameo in Ajay Devgan’s film Bhola.
In the upcoming projects, the actor has shot for R Balki’s film Ghoomar. He is also producing the film SSS7. He has also shot for a film with Remo D’Souza. And now Shoojit will start work for Sarkar’s next project.
