Accident due to negligence of the driver: Bus going from MP to Jaipur fell into the ditch, condition of two serious, no casualties

Arif Qureshi, Sheopur. In Madhya Pradesh’s Sheopur district, due to the negligence of the driver, a sleeper bus went off the road and overturned into a ditch. As soon as the bus turned around, there was hue and cry on the spot. More than 25 people aboard the bus were injured, out of which the condition of two is said to be critical. All the injured have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment.

The incident is of Chambal canal canal road near Chak Bamulia village of Manpur police station area. Where a sleeper coach bus of Maa Vaishno Company going from Vijaypur to Jaipur Rajasthan went uncontrolled and fell into the ditch. It is a matter of honor that there was no loss of life in this accident, but around 25 people were injured due to the overturning of the bus. Two of the injured are said to be serious. Most of the injured passengers are laborers from Vijaypur, Virpur areas of Sheopur district who were going to Jaipur in Rajasthan for wages. Police of Kotwali, Dehat, Manpur and Dhodhar police stations reached the spot about one hour after the information and took all the injured to the district hospital for treatment by ambulance and different vehicles.

Eyewitnesses told that the driver was driving the bus while talking on the mobile, when the bus lost control and went into a ditch near Chak Bamulia village and overturned. BJP leader Ashok Garg, who reached the spot after getting information about the bus accident, informed the police. He says that most of the injured are laborers. All are being treated. In this regard, Kotwali police station TI Satish Dubey says that 20 to 25 people were injured due to the overturning of the bus. No one’s condition is very serious. All have been admitted to the district hospital and their treatment is going on.
