Two friends had a joking dispute in Vikora village of Maharajpur police station area of ​​the district. The dispute increased so much that the incident of throwing filth on a Dalit laborer has come to the fore. As soon as the complaint was received by the police, a case has been registered against the accused under Section 294 of IPC, 506 SC –St Act.

The victim said that drain construction work was going on in the village itself under MNREGA, when I applied a little Girish to the accused, after which the accused smeared my body with mud and abused him. I also made a complaint in the Panchayat. Panchayat met, almost the whole village participated and a fine of Rs.600 was imposed on me. I did not get justice even from that panchayat, after which I lodged a complaint in the police station.

Regarding the incident, SDOP Manmohan Singh Baghel told the media that a complaint was lodged by the complainant Deshraj Ahirwar in the police station late in the evening. Told that the drain construction work was being done by the panchayat and there was a joke going on between these two. When the joke increased a bit, there was abusing. The complainant told that the caste indicator started abusing and tried to dump the garbage lying nearby. In this case, the accused has been arrested and sent to the court within 12 hours. Further action will be taken on the basis of the facts which will come in the discussion in the matter.
