The High Court said that in the age of Internet, children are getting young soon, the age of making a relationship with consent should be 16 years. In the era of social media and internet, children are getting young in 14 years. Being attracted to each other, make a relationship with consent, in such a case the youth is not at all an accused. After increasing the age of making a relationship from 18 to 16, the fabric of the society has been affected. The Central Government is requested to reduce the age of consensual sex from 18 to 16 years. During the hearing on the petition of the coaching operator to cancel the FIR in the rape case, the High Court has requested.

Let us inform that the jailed coaching operator in the rape case has filed a petition to cancel the FIR. The coaching director was accused of rape by a 17-year-old student. A case was registered against the coaching director Rahul and a relative. The student had lodged a case of rape on July 17, 2020 at Thatipur police station. The coaching operator was accused of rape on 18 January 2020. The coaching operator is in jail since the FIR. Relative Mukesh has also been accused of rape on the pretext of marriage. On 8 September 2020, the High Court allowed the girl’s abortion.
