Neha Kesharwani, Raipur. BJP leaders including former minister Chandrashekhar Sahu held a press conference on Tuesday regarding the issues of farmers. During this, Chandrashekhar Sahu told that the central government is bringing a new scheme to bring prosperity in the life of the farmers. In this episode, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Pranam Yojana will be launched on 27th July.
He said that the challenges in the agriculture sector, the problems arising due to contaminated grains or crops, what can be an alternative initiative can be found through this scheme. PM Pranam Yojana will be a new option for the farmers of the country. Farmers can take alternative fertilizers by adding it.
The state government cheated by not giving the Prime Minister’s residence – BJP
BJP spokesperson Sandeep Sharma said that 24 lakh farmers are registered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Out of that 6 lakh are big farmers, the rest are small farmers. 14 lakh houses came in the village, it was for these small farmers only. Everyone was to get 1.25 lakh. The state government has shown a favor to the farmers by giving 9 thousand per acre. Cheated by not giving Prime Minister residence. Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, insurance was done till 31 July. But the state government has not yet issued the notification. Notification has not been issued so far to avoid the state share in the amount of premium.
