Netaji gradually grabbed about 2 acres of government land. This land belonged to the Forest Department, the honorable took illegal possession of the government land with his bullying. Its complaint was received by the forest staff, after which the forest department vacated the land from the BJP leader.
In fact, the illegal encroachment being done by the President of Nagar Panchayat Khongapani on the forest land was razed to the ground by the forest staff showing readiness with their entire team. Behind Nagar Panchayat Khongapani police post, there is forest land near Bhainsasur drain, which is about 2 acres. The top domineering leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party surrounded the said land illegally by building a boundary wall day and night by employing a large number of laborers.
The BJP leader had encroached 0.168 hectare of land, in the rest the BJP leader was trying to build a boundary wall by illegal encroachment, but the Forest Department spoiled the game. For the disposal of the residents of Ward No. 4, 8, 9, 10 of Nagar Panchayat Khongapani, a stop dam was being constructed on Bhaisasur Nala.
The land adjacent to a drain was lying vacant, which was used by the common people for their livelihood. The BJP leader had been eyeing this land for a long time. When the work of building an RCC dam was started near Bhaisasur Nala, Nagar Panchayat President and BJP leader Dhirendra Vishwakarma started encroaching on the vacant land lying nearby.
When the encroachment started increasing continuously, the people of Nagar Panchayat area complained about it to the top officials of the district. When the Forest Department came to know about this, the Forest Department team reached the spot, removed the encroachment and confiscated the materials and took action under the Forest Act.
According to the experts, if the forest department had not taken action in time, about 2 acres of forest land would have been illegally occupied. The game of illegal occupation of forest land going on under the guise of government construction could not be completed.
In this regard, Deputy Forest Officer Laxmi Narayan Thakur says that as soon as we got the news of illegal encroachment on the forest land by the President of Nagar Panchayat Khongapani, Dhirendra Vishwakarma. We removed the encroachment along with the forest staff on the spot and took action under the Forest Act.
In this matter, Chief Municipal Officer of Nagar Panchayat Khongapani Tarun Kumar Ekka says that there was no cooperation of Nagar Panchayat in illegal encroachment. If someone is making allegations, then it is completely baseless, because the time of rain is coming near, so the work of stop dam was being done by us promptly.
On the other hand, in this case, Dhirendra Vishwakarma says that this land is the property of his father’s time, whose valid documents he has shown to the Forest Department.
