After which the punishment has been announced today.
In this case, Deputy Director Prosecution TC Billaure said that on July 21, 2017, complainant Nitesh Dashodhi had complained to the Lokayukta office, Indore, that Dr. Mohan Gupta and Malaria Inspector Arvindra, in Community Health Center Dharampuri, had been arrested on 26 July for payment of a bill of Rs 70,140. 1000 has been demanded. On July 26, 2017, the malaria inspector demanded Rs 26,000 as commission from the complainant.

On July 18, 2017, when the complainant met the doctor, the doctor told him to give Rs 30,000 as commission for malaria inspection. After which a complaint was made to the Lokayukta office, Indore. On finding the complaint correct, the Lokayukta Superintendent of Police constituted a trap team. On July 21, 2017, the team was sent to Government Hospital Dharampuri for trap action.

The certification of the accused in the case was produced in the court on 6 July 2019. After which today the First Additional Sessions Judge in the case has punished the bribery accused under section 7, 13(1)(d), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 with imprisonment of 4-4 years and fine.
