In this case, Deputy Director Prosecution TC Billaure said that on July 21, 2017, complainant Nitesh Dashodhi had complained to the Lokayukta office, Indore, that Dr. Mohan Gupta and Malaria Inspector Arvindra, in Community Health Center Dharampuri, had been arrested on 26 July for payment of a bill of Rs 70,140. 1000 has been demanded. On July 26, 2017, the malaria inspector demanded Rs 26,000 as commission from the complainant.
