CBI raid case in Central GST office: All five accused will be presented in court today, accused of demanding one crore bribe

Kumar Inder, Jabalpur. In the Central GST (GST) office in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, the five accused will be produced in the CBI court today in connection with the CBI raid. All the five accused of Central GST are on CBI remand for 7 days. The CBI will present the accused in the special court after 2 pm today.

On June 14, the court remanded the CBI for 7 days. The accused include Kapil Kamble Superintendent, Somen Goswami Superintendent, Pradeep Hazari Inspector, Virendra Jain Inspector, Vikas Gupta Inspector. The accused had demanded one crore rupees to open a sealed gutkha factory in Damoh. The bribe deal was fixed for Rs 35 lakh. He was arrested red-handed by the CBI while taking Rs 7 lakh. The victim businessman Trilok Chandra Sen had opened the factory in the year 2021.
