Neha Kesharwani, Raipur. In the extended executive meeting, the Congress has brought a resolution condemning the incident in Manipur, supporting which CM Baghel has made a befitting attack on Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit. Regarding the tour, he said, it would have been better if he had gone to Manipur. Without talking about Manipur, let’s talk about Chhattisgarh and Congress. It is clear that they are not worried about Manipur. Only these people are doing vote politics.
Further, CM Bhupesh Baghel said regarding the extended executive meeting, all our workers and leaders were present. Everyone has been called upon that the Congress party will work under the leadership of our new president. We all will cooperate with them. Will work to strengthen the party. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the workers and leaders. BJP’s politics of lies has to be exposed. The way ED-IT is being misused, excellent work has been done here after the formation of our government. This is not going down the throat of the BJP.
On the other hand, state in-charge Kumari Selja said, there is condemnation all over the world regarding Manipur. Thousands of people have been displaced. The central government is not concerned about it. Discussions were not allowed in the Parliament, they have no faith in democracy. There are many issues, but the central government is sitting with its eyes closed. We have passed a censure motion here. We hope peace is restored in Manipur soon.
After the extended executive meeting, PCC chief Deepak Baij said, as party president, the high command has given a big responsibility. Apart from this, the election committee also has a big responsibility. Today a big meeting has taken place, we have recharged the workers in this big meeting. Have resolved to work with new energy. The central government is not serious about the Manipur incident. We the State Congress Committee have passed a resolution of condemnation regarding this issue.
