Raipur. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed deep sorrow over the death of a girl student and injuries to two girl students due to electrocution in village Koti of Vadrafnagar in Balrampur district. Expressing condolences to the family of the deceased girl student, the Chief Minister has announced financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh. At the same time, along with making better arrangements for the treatment of both the girl students injured in this incident, instructions have been given to provide financial assistance of Rs 50,000 each.
Let us tell you that while playing in primary school Koti of Wadrafnagar development block of Balrampur district, three girl students of the school reached near the PDS building while playing during the afternoon long break. Current was flowing in the channel gate of the building, in which all the three girl students came under its grip. Kumari Varsha died in this incident. Kumari Kajal and Kumari Aarti were injured. The treatment of both the girls is going on in Civil Hospital Vadrafnagar.
