Raipur. A meeting of the governing body of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office. According to the agenda set in the meeting, Chief Minister Baghel took detailed discussion with the officials of the Sports and Youth Welfare Department and took information regarding the implementation of the scheme and also gave important instructions. During this, amendment proposals were passed by the Executive Committee of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club and approved by the Governing Council. In which post-facto approval of Rs 63 crore 77 lakh transferred to district level committees under the scheme and approval of 5 proposals passed by the executive committee for amendment in the rules of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club.
बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने राजीव युवा मितान क्लब के लिए आबंटित बजट से प्रशासनिक व्यय न कर अतिरिक्त राशि उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश अधिकारियों दिए.साथ ही जिला स्तरीय समितियों को 4 किश्तों में जारी होने वाली राशि के लिए वर्तमान प्रावधानों को संशोधित करते हुए पहले किश्त के रूप में प्राप्त राशि में से समिति द्वारा 15 हजार रुपए खर्च करने के संबंध में ब्यौरा प्रस्तुत करने पर अगले किश्त की राशि जारी कर दी जाएगी. वर्तमान में पहले किश्त की राशि का शत-प्रतिशत खर्च न करने पर अगले किश्त की राशि जारी नहीं की जाती थी, जिसे अब संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है. साथ ही बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री बघेल के निर्देश पर राजीव युवा मितान क्लब के गतिविधियों का क्रियान्वयन एवं संचालन के लिए राज्य स्तरीय समन्वय नामांकित करने का निर्णय भी लिया गया है. बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि, आगामी त्योहार को देखते हुए सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों के आयोजन मितान क्लबों को जारी होने वाली आगामी किश्त की राशि समय पर अंतरित की जाए.
School Education Minister Ravindra Choubey, Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Dahria, Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav, Advisor to Chief Minister Pradeep Sharma, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Subrat Sahu, Secretaries to Chief Minister Ankit Anand and Siddharth attended the meeting. Komal Pardeshi, Secretary of Sports and Youth Welfare Department Neelam Namdev Ekka, Director Sports and Youth Welfare Shweta Sinha were present. Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Umesh Patel attended the Governing Council meeting virtually.
