The warehouse godown was constructed by the Chhattisgarh State Warehousing Corporation at Batauli in Surguja district at a cost of 10 crores. Which has the capacity to store 20000 metric tonnes of paddy. But the secret of this godown has been revealed by the first rain. Hundreds of tons of rice kept in the godown got wet due to water leakage. The godown management is engaged in the exercise of taking out the wet rice from the sack and drying it on the floor. In this regard, when an attempt was made to talk to the responsible officer, he refused to say anything on this.

Experts say that the quality has not been taken care of while building this godown. At the same time, due to soil erosion on the side of the godown, the floor has also started sinking. Now it has to be seen what action is taken against the people responsible.
