The temperature has come down due to continuous rain. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding the rain. By issuing orange and yellow alerts, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains in many districts of the state.
Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in these districts
Alert till 8:30 am on July 18
Issuing an orange alert, the Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places in Bilaspur, Janjgir and Balodabazar districts of the state and heavy rainfall at one or two places in Raipur district.
In yellow alert, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rainfall at one or two places in Durg, Balod, Bemetara, Rajnandgaon, Bastar, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur and Narayanpur districts of the state.
Warning from 18 to 19 July at 8:30 am
In Orange Alert, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at one or two places in Durg, Balod, Rajnandgaon and Dantewada districts of the state.
In yellow alert, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rainfall at one or two places in Bijapur and Narayanpur districts of the state.
