Actually, it is raining heavily in Mumbai for the last two days. Because of this, actress Charu Asopa and the production unit of her TV show were stuck on their sets in Naigoan on Wednesday. According to Hindustan Times report, Charu told that 200 crew members including actors, directors, technicians, drivers and make-up and child artists had to stay on the sets overnight. Sharing her ordeal, the 35-year-old actress said, “It was raining incessantly on Wednesday and after packing up for the day, it was clear that we would have to stay put. All the actors’ vehicles were flooded and we had to take them to a higher place. There was no way to go home.”
The actress told, “She and her crew had ordered dinner in the evening due to non-availability of food or essentials but due to water logging in the area, it could reach us only till midnight.” She further adds, “We shared the make-up room and many of the crew shared the sofa and bedroom on the set.
