Assembly Speaker Charan Das Mahant, Revenue Minister Jai Singh Agarwal, Korba Lok Sabha MP Jyotsna Mahant, MLA KK Dhruv, MLA Shailesh Pandey, MLA Gulab Kamro, MLA Mohit Kerketta, Atal Srivastava etc. will participate in this program along with the Chief Minister.

During this, the Chief Minister will inaugurate the newly constructed Madhav Rao Sapre Press Club cum Reading Room in Nagar Panchayat Pendra. The Chief Minister will unveil the statue of Sapre ji in the garden developed behind the Baghel Press Club. He will unveil the statue of former Prime Minister Late Indira Gandhi at Indira Gandhi Udyan Pendra and former Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi at Rajiv Chowk Pendra.

He will inaugurate various development works, Bhumi Pujan and distribute materials under beneficiary oriented schemes in the general meeting near Press Club Pendra. Chief Minister Baghel will also attend the Sapre Smriti Mahotsav organized at Press Club Pendra on the occasion of the 152nd birth anniversary of well-known litterateur Pandit Madhav Rao Sapre.

Renowned litterateurs of the country will give their presence, Sapre Smriti Mahotsav will be organized in three sessions

Sapre Smriti Mahotsav 2023, on the occasion of 152nd birth anniversary of legendary litterateur Pandit Madhavrao Sapre, by Srikant Verma Peeth Bilaspur with the help of district administration, as per the schedule, the inaugural session of Sapre Smriti Mahotsav will be from 9.30 am to 10.30 am.

Writer Ravi Bhushan from Ranchi (Jharkhand) will preside over this session. Diwakar Muktibodh Raipur, Sudeep Thakur New Delhi, Achyutanand Mishra Kochi (Kerala) and Vishwesh Thackeray Raipur will be special guests. Collector Priyanka Rishi Mahobia will give welcome address. Rahul Singh Raipur will conduct the program.

The first session of Sapre Smriti Mahotsav will be held from 11 am to 1 pm. The theme of this session has been kept on Indian Renaissance and Contemporary. Ravi Bhushan will preside over it. Achyutanand Mishra and Sudeep Thakur will give statements. The second session will be from 4 pm to 6 pm after the lunch break.

The topic of this session has been kept on regional journalism and sense of responsibility. Diwakar Muktibodh will preside over it. Vedchand Jain, Akshay Namdev and Ajit Gehlot will give statements. The third session of the festival has been kept from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. In this session Shruti Rao Bilaspur will present Kabir Gayan.

Regarding the arrival of the Chief Minister, all the preparations have been completed by the district administration. Priyanka Rishi Mahobia and Superintendent of Police Yogesh Patel have given guidelines to the officers as part of the preparations for the proposed round of the Chief Minister.
