Karn Mishra, Gwalior. The Deputy Commissioner of Gwalior Municipal Corporation of Madhya Pradesh has got a big relief from the High Court. The High Court has canceled the FIR of Dowry Act lodged by the daughter-in-law.

Please tell that on May 29, 2022, daughter-in-law Rekha Yadav had filed a dowry harassment case against father-in-law Atibal Yadav, mother-in-law Suman Yadav, brother-in-law Varun Yadav and sister-in-law Gauri Yadav. The Deputy Commissioner of the Corporation had filed a petition in the High Court to quash the FIR. The court has canceled the dowry harassment FIR after the hearing, but the dowry harassment case against son Arun Yadav will continue.
