Dharmendra recites Poem: Karan Deol, grandson of Dharmendra and son of Sunny Deol, married his girlfriend Drisha Acharya on June 18 in Mumbai. On Tuesday, actor Anupam Kher shared a video on his Instagram handle, in which Dharmendra is seen singing poetry for his friends Anupam and Raj Babbar. Sharing the video on Instagram, Anupam Kher wrote – When we grow up. Be it in age or status. We miss the house we left behind.. the house where we spent our childhood. That day, I reached a little early for the wedding of my friend Sunny Deol’s son, Karan, so I got a chance to spend time with Dharam ji. Dharam ji was humming a few lines of a poem written by him. Which was touching the depths of my and Raj Babbar ji’s heart. On my insistence, he agreed to record this nazm. You also listen. You will miss your lover, your childhood, your home and your mother.

Earlier, Anupam Kher had shared several pictures of Karan-Drisha’s reception on social media, in which he was seen with Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Sunny Deol. With this picture he wrote- “Class of 90s. Actors before the time of mobile phones and vanity. When we used to share stories with each other, when we used to share make up room. When we used to change clothes behind trees, or in the open or behind umbrellas and laugh.’

Karan and Drisha were dating each other for a long time. The pre-wedding functions of both started from June 15. In the afternoon of June 18, both were tied in marriage. Disha is a manager in a travel agency in Dubai. Whereas Karan made his Bollywood debut in the year 2019 with the film ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas’. The name of his next upcoming film is ‘Apne 2’.
