Ex-serviceman shot himself in MP: hospitalized, condition critical, police probing the matter

Kumar Inder, Jabalpur. An ex-serviceman shot himself in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The retired soldier has been admitted to the medical hospital in critical condition. Where his condition remains critical. The reason for attempting suicide is unknown. The incident is of Bilhari of Gora Bazar police station. At present, the police is engaged in the investigation of the case.

According to the information, 43-year-old Vijay Kumar Tiwari, who lives in a rented house in Krishna Homes of Bilhari, is originally from Rewa district. On Thursday, when he was alone at home, he shot himself with his licensed gun. The bullet hit Vijay Kumar’s temple.

On hearing the sound of the gun, the people around reached. With the help of an ambulance, he was taken to the Medical College for treatment. Vijay Kumar has been put on ventilator due to the condition of the retired soldier being critical.
