FIR on fraudster: He was demanding compensation of crores of rupees by putting fake documents, SDM opened the investigation

In Sehore of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh), a case has come to the fore for taking compensation for the land stuck in the construction of National Highway by putting fake documents. On the disclosure in the investigation, the police have started further action by registering an FIR against the accused.

According to the information, in 2013 the land of many people of Shyampur was acquired for the construction of National Highway. All these farmers were given compensation at the prescribed rate, but the case of Jugal Patidar was going on for years. He said that he has not received any kind of compensation. An amount of Rs 4 crore 87 lakh 16 thousand 291 and interest was demanded by him. But the SDM suspected the diversion. When they probed, it was found that the concerned person and another have already taken Rs 33 lakh of the compensation amount and the diversion documents put up for the compensation are fake.

After this, the Collector instructed to register an FIR against the concerned. On which the Kotwali police has registered a case against Jugal Kishore Patidar. He had prepared and presented fake documents of diversion for the purpose of taking undue advantage of crores of rupees during land acquisition.
