Form distribution will be done today for Mutavalli of Nayapara Sunni Hanafi Masjid

Raipur. Nomination form for Mutavalli will be distributed today from 12 am to 6 pm in Nayapara Sunni Hanafi Masjid. Those who wish to contest the Mutavalli elections can take the form by depositing Rs 10,000 in cash. Whose receipt will be given by the election committee. The amount for taking the form will not be refunded. The election committee will use this money for election expenses.

Convener of the election committee, Assistant Transport Commissioner Shoaib Ahmad Khan said that if any existing mutawalli wants to contest the election, he will have to obtain a no-objection certificate from the State Waqf Board. Similarly, if any relative of the mosque in which the candidate wants to contest the election is a tenant in the property of the same mosque, then such person will not be eligible to contest the election. Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board member Janab Syed Riyaz Ahmed Khan, along with Assistant Transport Commissioner Shoaib Ahmed Khan, convenor of the election steering committee formed by the Waqf Board, is also taking stock of the three mosques by reaching the election office continuously.

It is noteworthy that in many mosques of the city, Shoaib Ahmed Khan’s team has successfully conducted Mutavalli elections without any dispute with the active cooperation of Waqf Board Chairman Justice Mihajjuddin and CEO Janab Sajid Memon, with the help of district administration and police administration.
