Ajayarvind Namdev, Shahdol. A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in village Khamha under Gohparu police station area of Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh), where a son committed suicide after being hurt by the oppression of his father. On the complaint of the uncle of the deceased, the Gohparu police registered a case against the abusive father and arrested him.
On June 6, a marriage program was going on at the house of father Rampratap Singh age 46 and Rajesh Singh, a relative of the family living next to son Akhilesh Singh, resident of village Khamha of Gohparu police station area. Meanwhile, there was a dispute between the father and the son over some issue, on which the father abused the son in front of all the guests and threatened to kill him. Whose son complained in Gohparu police station. On the complaint of the son, the police had registered an offense against the father under sections 294, 323, 506, after which the father assaulted the son in front of everyone when he returned home.

Due to which the son committed suicide by hanging himself in a mango tree near the house. The next day Puran Singh, the uncle of the deceased’s relation lodged a complaint in the police station that during the marriage program with his nephew Akhilesh, his father had abused and assaulted his son in front of everyone. Due to which the son committed suicide. On the complaint of the uncle, the Gohparu police registered a case against father Rampratap Singh again under Section 306, arrested him and produced him before the court.
