Despite the termination of the contract, this garden is being operated illegally.

The garden has been given by the fair authority for matrimonial programs, but the fabrication work is being carried out illegally by the garden operator. Whose complaint has been made many times from Municipal Commissioner to Divisional Commissioner. The officers are seen bowing down due to the interest of the garden operator.

In this matter, Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh says that a meeting of the Mela Authority has been held, in which it has been decided that the marriage gardens on which there is arrears should be immediately vacated by the Mela Authority and attachment action should be taken.

A letter has also been sent to the collector. Collector Akshay Singh says that action will be taken after showing the matter. Now it has to be seen whether the fair authority takes action on the illegally operated marriage garden or the marriage garden will continue to operate illegally in the same way under the pressure of the marriage garden operator.
