KL Rahul Hits a Huge Six, Sends the Ball Out of the Stadium

During the second One-Day International (ODI) match against Australia, Team India’s captain KL Rahul hit a massive six that cleared the stadium boundary and went out of the ground. Rahul’s brilliant batting provided great entertainment for the spectators.

When India began their innings, Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer laid a strong foundation with centuries. KL Rahul, along with Ishan Kishan, later extended this advantage. There was a memorable moment during the match when KL Rahul struck a six that went beyond the boundaries of the Holkar Stadium in Indore. This happened in the 35th over of India’s innings when Cameron Green was bowling. On the third ball of the over, Rahul played a powerful shot on the leg side, which cleared the Holkar Stadium.

During the match, India didn’t have the best start in their innings. Ruturaj Gaikwad, who scored a half-century in the previous ODI, was dismissed for just 8 runs. However, Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer’s centuries and a strong partnership of 200 runs turned things around for Team India. Shreyas scored 105, while Shubman Gill made 104 runs. After their dismissals, KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan played excellent innings to contribute to India’s formidable total.
