In a recent interview, Kushal Tandon also talked about his increasing weight and back injury and told how he had reduced his weight.
Kushal had gained weight due to a back injury.
According to Pinkvilla’s report, Kushal Tandon revealed that he had suffered a serious back injury and was on bedrest for almost 6 months. Kushal told that he had injured his back while doing somersault. Then his weight increased a lot and his weight reached about 115 kg. After this he decided that he would be fine and he went to Thailand. Here he took hard weight training and managed to lose 12 kg in just one month. In the next two months, Kushal took up the challenge of going from 115 kg to 90 kg and worked hard to get back in shape.
Kushal does workouts twice a day to stay fit
The handsome hunk further revealed that he has now become very serious about his health and works out twice a day to maintain his weight. He wakes up at 6:30 in the morning and goes for his training sessions. After that, he returns home and then leaves for his busy 12-hour shoot. Kushal feels that the injury did not affect him much, but it definitely made him understand the value of giving importance to his physical health.
