Congress MLA Jitu Patwari has been sentenced to one year by the MLA court and an FIR has been registered against Congress MLA Shashank Bhargava. Congress officials warned
Congress MLA Kunal Chowdhary said that this is a direct warning for the officials who are taking the government’s slavery to the culmination. This movement took place under the leadership of former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh. At that time Surendra Marmat was the Congress in-charge of Rajgarh. When the Congress leader was giving a memorandum regarding the matter in the collector’s office, someone started pelting stones, due to which Digvijay Singh was also hurt.
One year sentence, got bail immediately
The MP MLA court has sentenced Jeetu Patwari along with his four other associates to one year imprisonment. Although all have got bail. Giving information, advocate Ajay Gupta said that the court has imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 along with a sentence of 1 year under IPC sections 147, 332/149 and 3 Public Property Act. He further said that within 30 days we will challenge this matter in the High Sessions Court.

Congress MLA Jeetu Patwari while targeting BJP said that this party is a party of industrialists. This party has nothing to do with the general public and the farmers.
