MP constable recruitment fraud: CBI court sentenced 2 accused to 7-7 years, arrest warrant issued against 3

Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. CBI court in Madhya Pradesh Police constable recruitment exam-2013 cheating case 2 accused Sentenced to seven years each. Along with this, a fine of Rs 10,000 has also been imposed. There itself Arrest warrant has been issued against 3 accused. After being arrested, the court will sentence them.

In fact, in the police constable recruitment examination conducted by Vyapam in 2013, examinees Jitendra Singh Sengar, Satyendra Singh Sengar and Keshav Singh Baderia had made Amit Alok, Satish Maurya and unknown to sit in their place respectively. Due to which all the three accused had passed in this examination. After the matter came to light, the CBI registered a case against the accused. The CBI had also named both the impersonators Amit Alok and Satish as accused.

Special CBI Judge Nitiraj Singh Sisodia today convicted the five accused under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, and 471 read with section 120B IPC. And convicted under the Madhya Pradesh Recognized Examination Act and 2 were sentenced to 7 years each. At the same time, arrest warrants were issued against the three accused for not appearing in the court. After being arrested, the court will sentence them.
