At the same time, its effect has started appearing on trains as well. The movement of trains has been affected due to rain. Between Narsinghpur to Kareli, the soil of the railway track near Balu Rewa river has been washed away. Because of which many trains have been affected.

Barurewa railway bridge on the Kareli-Narsinghpur railway track was washed away due to heavy rains. Director of Jabalpur Railway Station, Mrityunjay said that trains coming from Itarsi to Jabalpur have been stopped for the time being. He said that Tapti and Janshatabdi trains going from Jabalpur to Itarsi were also stopped. However, they were later released.

At the same time, West Central Railway has diverted the route of 7 trains as a precautionary measure. To save passengers from inconvenience, Railways has sent a message through SMS. With the help of the state government, arrangements are being made to transport the stranded passengers by bus.
