Shabbir Ahmed, Bhopal. There is a good news for the youth of Madhya Pradesh. Actually, the Staff Selection Board has released the notification of MP Police Constable Recruitment. Candidates will be able to apply for the recruitment from June 26. At the same time, the last date of application has been fixed as 10 July.

There will be direct recruitment on a total of 7411 posts of Constable in Madhya Pradesh Police. In which 2646 posts are for Special Armed Forces only for male candidates, 4444 posts except Special Armed Forces, 371 posts for Constable (Radio Operate). The application process for the recruitment will be started from June 26. Will be able to fill the application till 10th July. There will be a chance for amendment till July 15. The exam will start from 12th August.

According to the announcement of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the marks of physical test will also be added in the final merit list in this new recruitment of MP Police Constable. The rules of this recruitment are different from the earlier MP Police Constable Recruitment. Till now where PET (Physical Efficiency Test) is only qualifying, whereas in this new recruitment, PET marks will be available.

There will be two phases of MP Police Constable Recruitment, Written Exam and Physical Test. Both will be of 100-100 numbers. There will be no negative marking in the written test of two hours. The merit list for Constable GD posts will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written test and physical test. Constable GD candidates securing minimum qualifying marks in physical test will be selected on the basis of aggregate of marks obtained in first stage written examination and physical test.

Physical Fitness Test – Total will be of 100 Marks. For men – Shot put – 7.26 kg and For women – Shot put – 4 kg. One chance will be given for 800 meters race and three chances will be given for long jump and shot put. The maximum marks for the race have been fixed at 40, long jump and shot put at 30 each.

Constable GD candidates will have to score at least 30% in the physical test. Only after scoring 30 marks, their marks will be added to the written test marks. At the same time, due to Corona, a relaxation of three years has been given in the maximum age limit.
