One accused was sentenced to life imprisonment, 7 people were acquitted

Sameer Sheikh, Barwani. A big decision has come in the famous bullet incident case in the Sendhwa court room of Barwani district of Madhya Pradesh. Sendhwa Court has sentenced the accused Suresh alias Babbu Koli to life imprisonment. Seven accused including Sanjay Yadav and Jitu Yadav have been acquitted.

In fact, on July 24, 2008, Sanjay Jhanwar was shot dead. After which, on October 12, 2017, Gopal Joshi and Santosh Shukla, accused in the Sanjay Jhanwar murder case, were shot dead in the Sendhwa court room. Now Sendhwa Second Additional Sessions Judge Rupesh Naik has given the verdict today on the charge of shooting.

The court sentenced one of the 8 accused in the case, Suresh alias Babbu Koli, to life imprisonment, while the other seven accused Sanjay Yadav, Jeetu Yadav, Santosh Singh, Rajendra alias Dadu Koli, Shailendra alias Shelu Koli, Pawan Koli, Nilesh Koli is acquitted for lack of evidence.

Let us inform that there is tension between the Yadav group and Gopal Joshi in Sendhwa. Gopal Joshi is also the main accused in the murder case of BJP leader Sajay Jhawar, who is still absconding.
