In fact, in Rapura village of Surkhi assembly constituency, about 16 Dalit and tribal houses have been bulldozed by the forest department team. Regarding this matter, DFO of South Forest Division Mahendra Pratap Singh said that the encroachment has been removed from the land of Forest Department. The process of removing the encroachment was going on for almost a year. Indian Forest Act 27P section was also registered against these people. Notices were given several times. Still this action was taken for not removing the encroachment.
