Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Pujari Sangathan today protested against making the land of temples non-governmental. The police stopped the protesters of Pujari organization who came out to lay siege to the assembly. Due to which he could not reach the assembly. They are agitating to free the temples from the government cause.

The organization of priests today came out to lay siege to the assembly regarding their problems. At 11 o’clock all the priests gathered near the Shriram temple located in South TT Nagar and marched on foot from there to gherao the assembly. Whom the police stopped by putting barricades in front of the petrol pump of the block. At the same time, this demonstration of the priests was supported by the temple priest cell of the Congress.
Cell president Shivnarayan Sharma and former minister Sajjan Singh Verma told that, even after the government’s announcement, the collector continues to be the administrator on the land of the temples. Along with this, the priests are being harassed. The priests have demanded this demonstration from the collector administrator to free all the temples.
