Railway News: Prateek Chauhan. Raipur. Regarding filing a criminal case against Senior DCM of Raipur Railway Division and going to court, a staff has written a letter to the DRM seeking permission. This letter has been sought by Kalpana Krishna Swami Pullewar posted at the reservation center of Raipur railway station.
The case in which permission has been sought to lodge an FIR against the Senior DCM and go to court is years old. But still no concrete action has been taken in this matter, while the said applicant has been acquitted from the court after going to jail in this case. After which he got a job again in the railways.
The matter is of theft of Rs 1 lakh 77 thousand 560 in the reservation center. In this case, an FIR was lodged by making the said applicant an accused, after which she remained in jail for several months and returned to her job after being acquitted by the court.
But after his acquittal, now the question arises as to who will deposit the said amount with the Railways. The surprising thing is that in this case the team of Raipur Railway Division made a woman staff an accused and ordered her to deposit this amount.
After a few years, considering two staff as accused, ordered to deposit half the money. But after 11 years, after sentencing the woman staff acquitted by the court in another case, her grade pay was reduced and she was demoted without giving promotion.
Please tell that in this case Mrs. Padma Jyoti Adiraj and Kiran Panigrahi, the wife of the staff who did the protocol for the officers, have been made accused. But in the same case, the speed with which the FIR was lodged against the applicant, the speedy recovery and departmental action against the above two staff have not yet been taken, which raises many questions.
