Robbery on the food grains of the poor! Ration is not available for the last 4-5 months, villagers forced to feed the family by doing wages

Ramkumar Yadav, Surguja. Ration given by the government to the people of Majhi tribe in Udaipur development block has not been given for the last 4 to 5 months. Due to which the angry villagers reached the office of Food Officer of District Headquarters Ambikapur. Where the villagers informed the officer about their problems.

More than 100 families live in Pahar Korja, a dependent village of Pendrakhi Gram Panchayat of Udaipur development block. Where 34 ration card holders have not received ration for the last 4 to 5 months. On the other hand, the villagers accused the ration shop operator of not giving ration and said that for the last several months, ration is not being distributed by procrastination. Due to which they are forced to take care of their family by doing wages.

Instructions to check stock of shop operator

District’s Assistant Food Officer Jageshwar Ram Bhagat said that the villagers from Udaipur development block have been complaining about not getting ration for the last several months. For whose investigation instructions have been given by the Food Inspector to immediately check the stock of the ration shop operator. In which action has been said to be taken against the shop operator if found guilty.
