Collector Rahul Dev directed to issue a show cause notice to the SDO of Rural Engineering Services Department, Lormi, for not starting the work even after approval for the repair of dilapidated schools under the Mukhyamantri School Jatan Yojana. Similarly, he directed to issue show cause notice to SDO Patharia for delay in evaluation work of Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA). Along with this, the Collector said that action should be taken to suspend all the engineers who are not taking interest in the works of the government. Tell that in compliance of the instructions of the Collector, show cause notices have been issued to both the SDOs of the Rural Engineering Services Department.
Instructions regarding implementation of Chief Minister’s announcement
Collector Rahul Dev took a meeting of the officers and said that the announcements made by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel during his stay in the district and meeting-meeting should be seriously implemented. Negligence in this will not be tolerated. According to the announcement, the works for which approval has been received, start those works immediately. He said that the process of distributing the amount released for social buildings to the representatives of the concerned society should also be expedited. Let us tell you that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel had made several announcements during his stay and meeting in Mungeli district. For its successful implementation, the collector directed all the SDMs to coordinate with the concerned department for speedy implementation.

कलेक्टर ने गोधन न्याय योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि, जिले के सभी सक्रिय गौठानों में सुचारू रूप से गोबर खरीदी होनी चाहिए. उन्होंने खरीदे गए गोबर को शासन द्वारा निर्धारित अनुपात में वर्मी कम्पोस्ट में कनवर्जेंश करने के निर्देश दिए. उन्होंने समितियों में भण्डारित वर्मी कम्पोस्ट का भी किसानों के माध्यम से शीघ्र उठाव कराने कहा. उन्होंने मौसमी बीमारियों के लिए दवाई की उपलब्धता के साथ ही जहरीले सांप, बिच्छू आदि के काटने पर त्वरित इलाज के लिए आपातकालीन चिकित्सा व्यवस्था के तहत 24 घंटे मेडिकल टीम तैयार रखने के निर्देश संबधित अधिकारी को दिए. कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन का वर्क आर्डर जारी होने के बाद भी कार्य शुरू नहीं करने वाले ठेकेदारों पर कार्यवाही करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में कई ऐसे ग्राम है, जहां संबंधित ठेकेदारों द्वारा कार्य शुरू नहीं किया गया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि या तो जल जीवन मिशन का जहां कार्य रूका है, वहां शीघ्र कार्य शुरू कराएं या संबंधित ठेकेदारों के वर्कआर्डर को निरस्त करने की कार्यवाही करें। उन्होंने सभी नगरीय निकाय के सीएमओ को जल जनित बिमारियों से बचाव हेतु पेयजल की गुणवत्ता जांच व क्लोरीनेशन, गंदगी वाले जगहों की साफ-सफाई और मच्छर वाले जगहों में दवाई छिड़काव कराने के निर्देश दिए। Organize camps for making income, caste, residence certificates
कलेक्टर ने स्कूली बच्चों का आय, जाति, निवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के लिए सभी एसडीएम को खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों से समन्वय स्थापित कर शिविर आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए. उन्होंने छात्रवृत्ति योजना के लंबित प्रकरणों की भी समीक्षा की और लंबित प्रकरणों से संबंधित जरूरी दस्तावेज पोर्टल में अपलोड कराकर शीघ्र निराकरण के निर्देश दिए. कलेक्टर ने समितियों में खाद-बीज की उपलब्धता, अचानकमार टाईगर रिजर्व के ग्रामों में सुचारू रूप से विद्युत व्यवस्था, राजस्व प्रकरणों के निराकरण की प्रगति, शासन के नियमानुसार निजी अस्पताओं में उपलब्ध सुविधाओं की जांच करने, राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना के लंबित प्रकरणों का निराकरण, मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान, स्वामी आत्मानंद स्कूल, वन अधिकार पट्टा वितरण, आयुष्मान कार्ड, राजीव गंाधी भूमिहीन मजदूर न्याय योजना, हाॅटबाजार क्लिीनिक के लिए शेड निर्माण आदि की समीक्षा की और आवश्यक निर्देश दिए.Instructions given for physical verification of polling stations
कलेक्टर ने आगामी विधानसभा निर्वाचन की तैयारियों के तहत मतदान केंद्रों के सत्यापन के लिए नियुक्त सेक्टर अधिकारियों की प्रशिक्षण की जानकारी ली और मतदान केद्रों का भौतिक सत्यापन करने के निर्देश दिए. साथ ही कॉलेजों में प्रवेश के दौरान 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर चुके विद्यार्थियों का नाम मतदाता सूची में जुड़वाने के लिए विशेष रूप से मतदाता जागरुकता गतिविधियां आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए.
