Satpura Bhavan fire incident: The inquiry committee could not submit the report to the government in 3 days, citing the pending forensic report

Amritanshi Joshi, Bhopal. The inquiry committee constituted to investigate the Satpura Bhavan fire incident in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, could not submit its report to the government within three days. The committee has cited pending forensic investigation report. Now the report will be submitted to the government on Monday. Its permission has been received from the state government.

Actually, a team was formed on the instructions of CM Shivraj to investigate the fire in Satpura Bhavan. Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Rajesh Rajoura, PS Neeraj Mandloi of Urban Administration Department and ADG Fire Ashutosh Rai besides technical experts have been included in the inquiry committee. The committee was supposed to submit the report to the government in three days, but due to non-receipt of forensic investigation report, the committee will now submit the report to the government on Monday i.e. June 19. The inquiry committee will submit its report to the government by 2 pm on Monday.
