No government work is done without taking money. In Sagar district, once again a secretary has been arrested red-handed by the Lokayukta while taking Rs 3,000 bribe.
In fact, Devisingh Yadav, secretary of Gram Panchayat Hanauta Patkui under Banda Janpad Panchayat of Sagar district, has been caught taking bribe. The well of Kapil Dhara was approved in the name of the mother of applicant Chandukumar Ahirwar. In lieu of the third instalment, a demand of five thousand rupees was being made.
