Due to garbage and filth, diseases are spreading through flies and mosquitoes, yet the Municipal Corporation is not taking any care.

In fact, after the transfers of the officers in Indore, who have hoisted the number one flag in cleanliness for 6 times, now the condition seems to be deteriorating. Manish Singh, who was the first municipal commissioner in Indore, worked hard to bring number one in cleanliness and constantly took care of cleanliness. But now the situation is such that a pile of garbage has started appearing at the police control room located at Regal intersection of Indore and diseases are spreading due to mosquitoes, flies and filth from this pile of garbage.

People come to this Deputy Commissioner of Police office with their complaints and along with this the police court is also held here. Many big officials of the Municipal Corporation also have to pass through this road, but neither the officials of the Municipal Corporation nor the councilor nor the inspector of the area took care of it. While many employees of the Municipal Corporation do visit the tea shop outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office to have a sip, but they are not seen to take stock of the cleanliness. A few days ago a pit was made in the control room, which was filled by the Municipal Corporation by pouring soil, but now due to water filling in that pit, a filth and malarial mosquitoes are also being generated.

Now, in such a situation, a big question arises as to how the Municipal Corporation Indore, which is claiming cleanliness for the seventh time, will get the cleaning staff done in other parts of the city. There is a BJP council in the Municipal Corporation of Indore and several times the BJP councilors have also raised the issue of lack of cleanliness inside the ward, but in spite of this the city is still witnessing filth.
