Raipur. The School Education Department has made a provision for allotment of schools to the candidates according to the priority of their selection through online counseling under the recruitment process for 12 thousand 489 vacant posts of assistant teachers, teachers and lecturers in Bastar and Surguja divisions. Information about the start of online counseling will be given from the website of School Education Department https://eduportal.cg.nic.in. Along with this, the merit-wise list of Vyapam for online counseling will also be released on the website of the School Education Department. Chips (as per Vyapam form) will be informed through SMS on the mobile number of the concerned.
To participate in the online counseling, it will be mandatory for all the candidates to get the Aadhaar verification of their profile created on the Vyapam portal before counseling. Candidates will be able to login on the online counseling portal of the Directorate of Public Education with their ID, password created on the Vyapam portal. On login, a desk board will appear on the screen, which will contain the information about the recruitment examinations given by the candidate, Assistant Teacher, Teacher, Lecturer.
First online counseling for the post of lecturer
Only the initially selected candidates will be able to participate in the online counselling. Document verification round, preference filling window, preference status, action will be displayed when the candidate signs in to the portal. Round means stage of document verification, duration of online counseling open in prefence filling window, prefence status will contain the list of schools selected by the candidate so far and by going into action the candidate will be able to choose the schools of his choice.
On entering the fill pref in the action, another window will open on the screen of the candidate, in which the information of the candidate’s photo, profile ID, registration number, name, marks etc. will be displayed. In the first of the two boxes given below, under Select Your Priority, the name of the district and block and the list of schools available for designation will be available. From this list, candidates will select the schools of their choice, which will be displayed in the second box under Your Selected Priority. Candidates can up-down the order of schools according to their choice in the list of schools listed in it.
Candidates are expected to select maximum or all schools from the list of schools given in Select Your Priority. If some of the schools are not selected by the candidate, the remaining schools will be automatically allotted by the software according to the list displayed in the portal, on the next order of schools selected by the candidates. On the next window, the list of schools selected by the candidate along with the details of the candidate will be displayed, in which priority will be updated on. Candidates can also take a print out of their selected school.
Candidates can make changes in their selected options before the last day of counselling. On the last day the portal will be automatically locked. If a candidate does not login to the School Education Department’s portal and does not provide a priority order to the schools for his selection, then in such a situation the software will automatically allocate him a random school.
On completion of the first phase of counselling, the allotment of the school will be displayed on the login of the candidate, in which the name of the allotted school, Udice code, district and block name will be mentioned. It will be mandatory for the candidate to accept this allotment, otherwise he/she will be out of the selection process. On accepting the allotment, the invitation letter for document verification will be displayed, whose printout can be taken by the candidates. In this letter, the last date for document verification and the details of the place where to be present will be recorded. Document verification will be done in office hours and days.
Appointing Authority for the post of Lecturer
Directorate of Public Instruction, Appointing Authority for the post of Teacher – Appointing Authority for the post of concerned Joint Director and Assistant Teacher – is the concerned District Education Officer. The candidates will get the documents verified by appearing in the office of the appointing authority within the stipulated time. The information of eligible-ineligible will be filled and uploaded by the verifying authority, which the candidates will be able to see on their login. Those candidates who are ineligible, their ineligibility letter will be printed with the signature of the verifying officer, in which the reason for being ineligible will be indicated. Ineligible candidates will be able to submit claims and objections to the Director of Public Education within 7 days of being ineligible. Those candidates who are eligible will be given a letter, in which it will be mentioned that the documents have been verified.
