Tamil Nadu Premier League 2023: Since the inception of T20 cricket, batsmen are now seen on the field without any fear of delivering the ball to any corner. Players like AB de Villiers to Rishabh Pant and Suryakumar Yadav have been seen doing this work quite easily till now. Some similar shots are now seen in Test cricket as well. Meanwhile, in the current season of Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL), the shot played by a batsman also surprised everyone.
In the 11th league match of the TNPL 2023 season, C Sarath Kumar, playing for Dindigul Dragons, played a shot in his 12th over, which made everyone remember Suryakumar Yadav. Chepauk Super Gillies team spinner Rocky Bhaskar bowled Sarath too far outside the off-stump, which almost went wide. Sarath Kumar, who had made up his mind to play the shot on this ball, took the ball outside the boundary over the fine leg. Everyone must have been very impressed with the way Sarath played this shot.
