Chhattisgarh Congress leader and Chairman of Public Issue Social Foundation Nitin Bhansali has been awarded honorary doctorate for his excellent work in the field of Philosophy Social Work at a function organized by the University of Maryland (USA) at Delhi’s Indian Habitat Center.
