Uproar in the House over the fake social media ID of Kabir Panth’s religious leader, Ajay Chandrakar said, ‘Will we also have to run naked, then the government will listen’

Raipur. During the proceedings of the third day of the monsoon session of the Vidhansabha, the issue of creating fake social media IDs in the name of Kabir Panth’s religious guru Prakash Muni came up for discussion. Taking a dig at the government, the members of the opposition asked whether we will also have to run naked, then the government will wake up, then the chief secretary will hold a meeting.

Raising the issue, BJP MLA Shivratan Sharma said that a fake social media ID was created in the name of Panth Shri Prakash Muni. The photo of his wife Gurumata has been placed in the DP. Obscene photos are being posted from his ID. People of Kabir panth are angry, hurt. Kabir Panthis are being insulted continuously.

Brijmohan Aggarwal said that FIRs have been registered regarding this in different police stations of the state, but no action has been taken so far. The people of Kabir Panth are agitated. Ajay Chandrakar said that this has not happened for the first time with Prakash Muni. An attempt was made to capture his house as well. Will we also have to run naked, then the government will wake up, then the Chief Secretary will hold a meeting.

Leader of Opposition Narayan Chandel said that this is a very serious matter. This case is going to spoil the law and order. Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu said that people associated with the Kabir Panth have registered a crime in the cyber police station. Its investigation is going on. The way the people of the opposition are showing obscene photos in the House, it is an insult to our religious leader and sect.

There was an uproar in the house on this. The proceedings of the House were adjourned for five minutes amid heavy uproar. When the proceedings of the House resumed, Brijmohan Agarwal said that this is a serious matter. The government’s statement should come in this matter. Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu said that with folded hands, I request the members of the house not to discuss this matter. BJP MLAs Ajay Chandrakar and Shivratan Sharma said that Kabir Panthis are being targeted by making targets.

BJP MLA Brijmohan Agarwal said that the Home Minister is saying with folded hands that this should not be discussed. We also do not want to discuss this if the Home Minister says that action will be taken against the culprits within 24 hours. The way cyber crime is increasing, tomorrow it can happen against us and you too. Leader of Opposition Narayan Chandel said that this is a serious incident. The Home Minister said that investigation is being done on this.
