Mukesh Mehta, Budhni (Sehore). The cases of smuggling of timber and teak are continuously increasing in Madhya Pradesh. In this episode, the forest department team seized 11 pieces of teak ingots including 4 bikes from the smugglers at Budhni in Sehore district, while the accused fled from the spot. In the case, Bherunda police station has registered a case against the accused and started searching.

Four motor cycles and 11 teak ingots have been seized during patrolling by Ladkui forest range of Bherunda area of Budhni. The price of which is being told around Rs 1 lakh two thousand including forest produce. Forest guard Ghutwani Yashwant Goyal told that some people carrying ingots on four bikes were going from Jhali towards Mariado.

Meanwhile, the patrol party got information from the informer. Acting on the basis of information, the team succeeded in seizing the ingots along with the bike, but the accused fled from the spot. At present, the Bherunda police station has registered a case and started searching for the accused.
