Manoj Bajpayee Breaks Silence On Joining Politics Reveals Why He Met With Lalu Prasad Yadav

Manoj Bajpayee Politics: Famous Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee, who belongs to Bihar, says that he will never enter politics. The Bollywood actor said, ‘I am not getting involved in the field of politics at all. When I came to Bihar last time and met Lalu Prasad ji and Deputy Chief Minister of the state Tejashwi Yadav, people started reaching a conclusion according to their convenience, they guessed that I would join politics. It is 200 per cent certain that I will not enter politics… The question does not arise.’

Let us tell you that the actor had met Lalu Prasad on September 18 last year at his house at 10 Circular Road in Patna. The meeting between the two came to know when Tejashwi Yadav shared its information on social media. “I am an actor and will remain an actor… where does the question of joining politics arise,” said Vajpayee, who has won three National and four Filmfare awards.

When asked about the Bihar government’s plan to bring a new film policy, the actor said, ‘The state government should immediately introduce a new film policy. If it is implemented at the earliest, then the state, its artists and the people here will get a proper platform.
